Comere! is a caregiver call button for home use. This Privacy Policy explains what information Comere! uses, how that information supports the app, and the choices available to users.
Information Comere! uses
Comere! may use the following information to make the app work:
- Household name and caregiver names entered by the family.
- Optional caregiver photos selected in the app.
- Device identifiers used to connect patient and caregiver devices in the same household.
- Push notification token information needed to deliver caregiver alerts.
- Alert and acknowledgment records used to show whether help has been requested and whether a caregiver is on the way.
How Comere! uses information
Comere! uses information only to support core app functionality, including:
- Creating or joining a household.
- Showing the correct caregivers for that household.
- Sending caregiver alerts and acknowledgments.
- Displaying status updates such as when help has been requested or is on the way.
Notifications and photos
Comere! requests notification permission so caregiver alerts can be delivered. If a user chooses to add caregiver photos, the app requests access to the photo library for that purpose.
Tracking and advertising
Comere! is not designed for advertising tracking. Comere! does not use third-party ad tracking or cross-app tracking in its current version.
Data sharing
Comere! uses hosting and notification services needed to operate the app, including standard Apple push notification services and the app backend used to store household and alert records. Comere! is not intended to sell personal information.
Data retention
Household and alert information may be retained as needed to support the active use of the app, household setup, and alert history. Information may also remain in backups or system logs for a limited period of time.
Children
Comere! is intended for home caregiver communication and is not designed as a children’s app.
